Hello all,

I would like to know the best way to register my amp so that I may activate the lifetime warranty. I do not have a warranty card, but can supply a dated receipt with serial number. Should I call or email Salwender?

Thanks. I love the Herbert!

Ok someone tell me is this for real Does Deizel actually offer a lifetime warranty If so .... WAY COOL
But ive scoured the website and see nothing of that can someone enlighten me :D

yes they do if you are the one who bought the amp first if you bought the amp second hand then no. I would email either one of the Peter's
with the info. i believe they need the date purchased where you bought it from and the invoice number on the receipt.

Thanks much for the suggestion.

Anybody had any experience registering their amps? Anybody know 100% for certain what the proper procedure is? I want to protect this investment.

By the way, the Herbert with the TC Electronic G System is AWESOME!!!!! I just ditched my Mesa Roadster... won't be needing it anymore, obviously. Kept my Soldano Decatone though because I LOVE the tone! The Herbie and the Deca... GREAT STUFF!!!!

Keep jammin'.

i've never registered my Herbert :(
Where exacly may i do it?
I'm the 1st owner or course ;)

I registered it with peter diezel when my amp was being worked on here in Canada and peter wanted to know
the info when and where i got it. So i believe if you email Peter Diezel or Peter Stapfler with the info i said in my last reply you guys should be fine

Yeah, the manual says you have a lifetime warranty (to the original owner) once it is registered. I'm figuring I must need to register it with Salwender since I am in the US, but I have no warranty card and the manual does not detail the procedure.

if you bought it from salwender uwe probable took care of that
