DV Mark MultiAmp. Poor mans powered Kemper?

First off. I know that the Kemper is a profiling amp and the multi amp is not, but you could say both are modeling amps. I would like to have the Kemper but I don't have that kind of money to spend on gear. The DV Mark can be had for $1100. The clips sound really good. Anybody around here have any experience with the DV Mark?
 
Been gigging mine for a few months now and love it.
Pre amp, power amp and fx all in one 2U rack space running through two DV Mark small 1x12's in stereo.
Lots of great sounds (my own, not trying to copy other amps), great dynamics and sounds fantastic cranked. The players I've been depping with and the punters have all mocked my little set up until they hear it, then they love it.
HAving gigged Marshalls, Fenders, Boogie, Splawn and Cornford in the past it had big shoes to follow and it's coped no problem ;)
