Ebey has banned me for 30 days (update)

Ive been trying to sell my EVH Warmoth Bumble Bee I made and I listed as a EVH Charvel type guitar and they flagged me so then I listed it as a EVH type guitar and it was flagged so on this last auction I list it as a Warmoth 5 month old old guitar and they flagged ne again only this time they've restricted me for using Ebay for 1 month. I didn't use EVH anywhere in the auction and they still flagged me. I've seen home made EVH guitars sell plenty of times. I dont get it???? FUCKING COCKSUCKERS!!!!

Had the EVH police stop a couple auctions........

Then I listed it as a custom striped guitar and it sold the next time.

contact them ,and explain it to them and find out their resoning,then you get to yell at them thats the part i like

That sucks.. i had something similar happen when I was trying to sell a EVH clone on eBay, they gave me 2 warnings so I ended up just giving up and waited to sell it on the forums.. took a while and loss a chunk of change on it.. What's funny is I originally bought the guitar from eBay too..

I just received an email from Ebay on this. They said they were contacted by ELVH Inc. that my guitar was an exact copy of a EVH licensed product and they ask Ebay to remove it. I'm taking it as a compliment that I did a good job making it. But I still say FUCK THOSE COCKSUCKERS but oh well!

believe it or not eddie van halen has a team of online guys searching for EVH content to keep people from making money off of his name.

not shitting you on this, they search for terms like EVH and warmoth because eddie has used both in his past.

change the name to "custom painted guitar" then list the pictures and specifications of the guitar through photobucket - not ebay's picture listing.

then you can list all of your egay fine print in the ad afterwards.

gotta hate the EVH police.

I guess if EVH can't make 3000-5000 on it he has people shutting down auctions ??? WTF. I'm sure he didn't give a shit back in the day about trademarks after doing the same thing and constructing his slapped together super strat, he even put the fucking Gibson logo on one of them.
