Anyone have their 101B modded by dave? If possible I would like to get mine modded with the brown eye/ C45 options. ...or just update the blue and red channel with some friedman magic of some sort.

Why would you want to do that you'll spend close to 500 bucks and have to wait a couple months. If you want that tone, just sell the Bogner and get a brand new Brown Eye with all the bells and whistles plus the new output transformers!

the xtc has 4 gain stages for the drive, so that would be a hairy brown eye

above understood...I was curious if it were even possible. Apparently not...got a text from him this morning. I like the ecstasy at any rate and will probably just keep it as is...ive heard the preamp can be modded to the fish preamp specs and that sounds interesting? always looking for something to try....................
