I just bought this 2008 101b used and when I received it everything was working but now when I switch channel 3 to Plexi mode it is almost silent. It has had a volume drop since I’ve owned it but now almost nothing.
As I was about to send this I tried moving it to the blue channel where it worked normally and then back to red and suddenly it was working. Unfortunately I moved it again to test and, sure enough, I guess the switch is bad.
How do you guys contact Bogner support these days?
