Effects pedal gurus need your advice

Ok Santa brought me a Hardwire DL-8. In the very near future i am planing on aquiring the following... Hardwire RV-7, EVH flanger and phaser and lastly a Dunlop Zakk Wylde wah.

Two questions
Anyone have a negative experience with any of these pedals ?

What are some quality cables to connect them?

Will use the Hardwire pedals in my loop. Everything else will be out front of my Ecstasy.

Why? Whats wrong with the ZW wah?

I wasn't a fan of the Wylde Wah either. I can't remember exactly what it was. Might have been the sweep or it was nasally. I highly recommend the CAE wah or if you like a little darker of a wah, the Jerry Cantell Signature wah.

The other effects are solid though!

Everything is cool except the ZW Wah. 535Q FTW!!! The EVH wah is also really good. All the EVH effects are killer!!! The flanger just makes me smile.

I like the evh phase 90, but make sure you have a buffer before it if you get one, I found they changed the tone in bypass. I prefer the whirlwind orange box.

I have the hardwire rv7 and its great if you are a touch of reverb guy. If you want a more pronounced reverb, check out the digitech supernatural.

Basically looking to get Yngwie type reverb
