Egnater Rebel 20

Just purchased a Egnater Rebel 20. What a great little amp. How shall I hook this up using the Egnater as the master and another amp as the slave? (for big venues) I've seen where you can use the effects loop send or use the direct out. I assume I have to have the amp see a load or speaker load. Also....if I use the direct out can I still use the effects loop on the Egnater?

I have one.....it's plenty loud for most gigs.

Do you have the original or the MK II? I had the original, it was the best of all the lunchbox amps. Would like to try the Mk II

I'd like to try the MK II also! It's a great little amp! I need to look into using it as a master to a slave power amp which I will rarely use.....but just a need to know kinda thing.

For slaving, you would use the effects send. There isn't a direct out on the Rebel 20. The Rebel 30 has one but not the 20. I have done this with the Rebel 20 and a Tweaker 15 both into a Egnater 2x12 set for stereo. Sounds great!

Bought the Tweaker, but this was a choice too. Heard good things about the Renegade lately..
