This whole "it has more features, it must be able to replace it" logic does not work in practice, especially with guitar gear.

The seminar head is a turret-mounted, hand-wired beast that's easy to work on, and easy to modify. It's in the same league with any boutique Marshall clone.
The Renegade might be the greatest amp ever conceived or built, but it doesn't mean it's "better" than the seminar head, and it doesn't mean it can replace the seminar head.
