I bought a Tourmaster 4212 from GC Boston in Feb 2011. I have owned the amp for seven months and I have been without it since Aug 2011 because it is in the shop waiting on a power transformer. I have kept in touch with the shop and Egnater customer service but neither can tell me when to expect the repair to be completed on my amp since the part is on a "slow boat" from China. My question is if I ever get this amp back do I sell it because I am having doubts about it's reliability and buy a different brand? Or is this just bad timing and these amps are reliable? I am leaning towards selling it when I get it back and the shop it's at is factory authorized. Any guidance or voices of experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
