Egnater Tweaker 15 Tone Control Issue

Have a tweaker 15 and the terble control does nothing. The bass and mid works fine and when they are all on 0 there is no volume. The volume comes up as the bass or mid control is turned up but nothing happens with the treble. Any idea what the issue might be? I have tried to contact egnator through their website but only get error screens and have not received a reply to email.

Check for cold solder or lack thereof where the Pots attach to the Board.
