Egnator TOL 100 (by Rocktron)

I'm trying to find where I can acquire knobs for this amp. I seem to have lost 3! Anyone have any insights?

Also, any ideas on what it's worth now? I'm assuming since it's been long discontinued that it would be tough to determine a price.
