Tweed, could you please share the story behind the "buttcrack" remark ?

a few years back both my boys couldn't say anything without mentioning butthole, buttcrack, etc. My wife and I were both trying to correct them the best we could as things went along. One day driving down teh freeway, both my boys got in an argument in the back of the Tahoe. I turn around and shot the glare of death. My oldest pops up with this innocent look on his face and say, "No one said buttcrack no one is in trouble." And went back to arguing with his younger brother.

If you have kids you'll understand, sometimes that look at just the right time in combination with an off the wall saying is the funniest thing on the planet! If you don't have kids, well you had to be there.

yeah... I meant Ruby but onviously everyone figured that out.. Ruby tubes good stuff. so is the Grove Tube 5751. I like it a lot. My first gain stage in my amps is really hot. Sometimes I use the 5751 there really brown , less output than a reg 12ax7 I had a good lot of Sovtek LPS.. those were good. no one called me back on anything I put those in. food for thought

Haha, that was funny ! I don't have kids of my own but I spend quite a bit of time with my sisters' so I know what you're talking about.
