If there is a noticeable diff in sound can I trade up for a new one for about $500usd

But seriously, what are the effects of use on an amp (Desiel Einstein) after 4 yrs of playing a couple hours a day?

wes, AFAIK no changes in terms of the sound per se...it has more to do with the features. later einsteins included the fuse LEDs on the back. 003=100W, 002=50W, 001=combo, with the second numbers being the serial.
