I am thinking of getting one, but why no 16ohm out? Both my cabs are wired at 16ohms and I would rather not have to change speakers. Is a 16ohm out an option?

There is no 16 ohm tap on our output transformer for several reasons.
Too technical to get into here,
anyway, you can quite easy rewire any 16 ohm cab to a 4 ohm cab.
Just wire all 4 speakers in parallel.
You can also, with limited performance from the amp, hook up a 16 ohm cab into the 8 ohm outlet.

When I bought my M60 I also picked up a Weber Z-Matcher. I use it with a bunch of amps now and never worry about impedance matching anymore.
