Just found this video. 2nd half with the green V is done in E standard. Have to wait for more impressions/clips to really form an opinion. I like the couple of clips out there so far. Not as congested sounding as I find some other Eminence speakers to be.

Man, I think I'm sold on these speakers? Much better sounding than the dv-77. Wish someone would do a comparison clip of these against a good sounding V30 in the same cab.

I did this before I swapped all 4. V30 clip is a 2003 V30. One of the best sounding V30s I've had.

Karnivore sounds more brutal than the V30 in those clips.

I agree. Sounded that way in the room, too. I basically swapped the V30s out completely after listening back to these.

You can hear the extended low end the speakers are able to hold together and reproduce. That’s one thing eminence speakers have always been able to do musically over many others. These things just sound great no matter how they’re recorded.

That extended low end gets me going! I used Eminence Legends for years, until I got my first Mesa cab about 3 years ago or so. The V30s were doing what I wanted better, but I wasn't really a fan of using them. Glad to have these, for sure.
