Engl E850 rack head 2 x 35 watts info needed...

anyone know anything about this amp? was offered to me but I know NOTHING about it. read a few place it's supposed to be the same pre as the Blackmore, but some people say it's not...

just wondering what it's worth and/or if it sounds good or not.
