Entertaining the upstairs neighbors (PRS Hendrix amp)

Sold the house last year. Wanted to get out of NY but that went on hold for at least a year. Fucking apartments suck. Brand new, built like my ass.
Any states to go to I'd welcome the suggestions. Looking like NC or Pa for now.
So, for the noise these upstairs maggot make, I have firepower in every room. Amps and stereos. This was a test. I just hooked up the PS-100 to this PRS Hendrix head. Waiting on Sweetwater to get the matching 4X12 in stock.

 
NC is booming, tons of people from up north moving down here. Housing prices spiked this year, but are starting to fall. Rental prices went way up, though.

Knoxville, TN is where it’s at. Moved from SFL in 2020.

Not saying NC isnt booming (I live next door in VA) but housing prices spiked in literally every market across the country.
 
That sounds great Carl. Quite a bit more drive than I was expecting.
I’m in Ca. so I’m in the same boat as you. Looking for options….
 
getting ready to buy a 4 bd-2br 2800 square foot house with 2 acres right outside city limits for about 24k for my son and grandkids. partial finished attic and full basement and new roof. needs work and it's older but the bones are good. that's why I like it here.....

I really like it. It has a few simple options that the Marshalls, clones, Suhr SL68 didn't have. The 3-way bright switch is great....and a hi-mid boost switch.
The Suhr SL68 was so dead w/ no bright switch. The Marshalls are super bright and you're stuck with that.
I want the matching PRS 4x12 for the head.
