Had most of these parts for a couple years and finally built an Ep-3 preamp circuit in a pedal. Turned out really cool. I have been tweaking it the last couple weeks and added a toggle to switch in a bypass cap. It really doesn't boost the signal much but adds a nice fatness to the tone. Found it works really good with single coil pickups. I'm currently running it at 18v with two 9v batteries in series but have ordered parts to build a charge pump that will let me run it off a normal 9vdc PS.

Looks great! I've been itching to build something for awhile now.

New pic with the charge pump circuit added. I can use a 9vdc PS and the charge pump provides about 18.5vdc to the ep3 circuit. This is like the charge pump Clinch EFX uses on his pedal. I gathered a lot of information he provided on the Metro forum for my circuit.
