EQ parameters are not be saved in a preset

Hello,
I own a Torpedo Studio with latest Firmware.

When I save a preset in Remote Control to a folder in my desktop computer, the Equalizer parameters are not be saved.
When I reload the preset in the Remote Control, I get the message:

"Preset selection
Custom EQ parameters cannot be converted from this preset file format.
Please adjust EQ parameters manually."

Can anybody help and tell me, how can I save the EQ parameters in a preset?

Which version of the firmware and Torpedo Remote are you using? Can you submit a ticket on the helpdesk of Two notes (support.two-notes.com) with a screenshot of the error message you get on your screen please? Through the helpdesk I can forward it to the software team and have them assess your issue. Thank you.
