:) Hi all

A long programming work!
Mostly focused on new sounds or new ways to get them and UI customization...and thanks to many users' suggestions and wishes, I have a new collection of 60 sounds for the Eclipse.

Features:
-large use of UltraTap2 algorithm, both in natural reverbs early/late reflections.
The space clues are now much better than in earlier reverbs.
-combos of dual reverb algorithms, such as Reverb16 and Plex, for spectacular realistic verbs or ambient spaces. Plex microdelays are often used for early reflections. Another new thing!
-tons of detuners, used to fatten things up or to create tight flangey sounds...at zero delay!
-reverse delays/shifters/crystals used for reverb spread.
-cool Haas dynamic panning added! Great on leads.
-Michael In A Box project bits included. (Landaus '80s rig)
-so many chorus/detuners, in different routings and variations...
-NEW multitap delays effects, never heard before. UltraTap marvels!
-Pcm70/TC1210/TC2290/Dyno TSC/Yamaha UD Stomp inspired sounds....
-Tons of Holdsworth...
-Shimmer AND Vintage Shimmer!

A lot of care has been put in psycho-acoustic imaging and micro phase shifts.
Listening thru headphone is *very* advised.

wow those were excellent. Reminds me of Mentoneman's array of presets/tones!

So I read briefly and it looks like you are not charging for these or are you? I have no issue paying for your work, programing an Eventide is like swallowing razor blades to me :D

IS there a section to your site that explains the whole process from download to installation?

Everything has a price, unfortunately.
All info available when you contact me thru the website email section.

Below you'll find a description of how to upload the presets to a machine.

Thanks.

The presets are provided in SysEx format. System Exclusive is a standard when it comes to back up/transfer needs of presets.
Uploading a SysEx file to an effect processor (or a keyboard, etc.) is very simple.
You need a computer, PC or Mac doesn't matter which you have, and a MIDI interface.
Most computers audio interfaces have MIDI IN/OUT ports built in.
If yours doesn't or if you don't have an audio/MIDI interface, the best solution is an USB to MIDI cable.
There are many out there BUT I strongly suggest into investing some more money (for much better reliability) into the M-Audio UNO.
I use one of these with Mac and Windows and it works perfectly. I have seen issues for people using very cheap "no brand" similar devices.
Not worth. Get a good one right away.

Connect the fx unit MIDI IN to the MIDI OUT of your MIDI interface.
You can use any recording/sequencing software to play back a SysEx file.
Or you can use reliable freeware such as MIDIOX for Windows and SysEx Librarian for Mac.
Just launch the software, make sure you set the MIDI I/O interface in its preferences/options panel, drag & drop a SysEx file in its window and send it.
The preset is immediately loaded as the current running preset in the fx processor.
You can play thru it and store to the unit.
Done!
The advantages of SysEx files are great:
-very light...a few hundreds bytes
-very useful to create backups of just about anything in your unit. You never know...
