I got a free 3 pack with a set of pickups I ordered and was really impressed. They have a really smooth feel that I like and stretched out and stayed in tune really fast. So I started price shopping and ended up at Sweetwater. 12 packs for $30  shit, I bought 24 packs.

Anybody else use these?

That's good to know. I've been playing Fender 150 XL nickel wound for years. I ran out and bought some D'addarios XL's they were ok for a while but then they kept going out of tune on heavy bends and hard picking, NOT HAPPY! Thankfully I only bought 4 packs.

I've since found some newer Fender XL nickels that are close gauge wise and they are much better.

That's a great price on the Dunlops I will check them out!

Actually these are my next set of strings ! I have seen some pro players using them now and I’ve been wanting to switch up from the Ernie balls

If you like Slinky’s you’ll like these. They feel similar but a little more smooth. I’ve played Slinky’s for many years.

Awesome , that’s exactly what I’m looking for. And the only thing I’ve always wished for from the ernies
Thanks for the heads up!!

Yes, went through about a 3 month period where I used them, good strings.

Thx for the heads up on these.....I was looking for a better string set that doesn't cost what the EBMM Paradigms are and still break regularly on me regardless of their guarantee. LoL.

I like hearing that they are that smooth feel and staying in tune. Thx for the tip!

Update...called Sweetwater and they did the bundles for me on 9-46! What a deal! 24 sets!

Damn, that is cheap AF, thanks for the heads up LP! Lifelong Slinky user here, so this is great news.

Think I will order some this week.

Just picked 12 up for $30 bucks, thanks for the heads up on the great price Paul!

I’ve been using Dunlops for a couple years now. I first bought them just because they were cheap, but haven’t found a single reason to go back to more expensive stuff.
