EVH 5150 III 2x12 Combo w/ Lynchbacks?

I picked up an EVH 5150 III 2x12 Combo a few weeks ago and I am really digging it but have some questions for anybody else using one or the 50 watt head or even the Stealth. Do you run the resonance differently on the blue channel vs. the red? I have owned the 50 watt head as well and than the combo is a little different in a good way.


Also, I like the greenbacks better than the G12H30s as I have had the EVH 1x12 cabs, 2x12 cabs, but I am wondering if a pair of Lynchbacks would sound better?

Any input would be appreciated.

Probably sound good still but different. The lynchbacks have a way tighter response and attack.

I love the combo with greenbacks....wouldn't change a thing, but u could always switch back.

I ran my EVH 50 with two - EVH 1x12 cabs Loaded with Lynchbacks. Thought it sounded great.

I own the EVH 5150III combo also. I think the stock speakers are some of the best sounding speakers I have. I also a have a mesa 4 x 12 I run it through and always go back to the speakers in the EVH.
