I picked up a classic antique HSS a couple of months ago. I love everything about it except the huge loss in treble when I work the volume knob. I have experience with other strats and HSS strats and this never really bothered me, but on this guitar dialing the volume back to clean up the tone results in a really muddy, almost un-useable, sound. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and/or if anyone has modded their HSS S style Suhr with a treble bleed.
