What about the band?

What band?

Isn't he in a band with Missy? - Powertribe?
I figure Missy will travel with him since they're married :)

I guess I was darting around whether something happened between them. Hoping not.

Change might be in the air. I'm strongly considering moving from the Eastside Seattle area to small town Georgia (Big chunk of Wife's family is there). I wanted to go to NC but Wife said too far from family :(
The area near her family is very nice though and I like them a lot.

Congrats on the move, hope you like CO

That's awesome man. I have thoughts of vacating CA on a regular basis. Just don't have a plan yet.

Me too Bob. I love the weather, but not sure what else I LOVE about So Cal.

Congrats Darren!

Congrats on the move! CO is one place I'm dying to visit.

Congrats Darren! My wife and I lived there for about 6 years in Castle Rock and I worked in the Denver Tech Center. I love Colorado. When you get settled we will need to put together a Rocky Mountain States Amp Show. Would be a blast!

I think the weather mostly sums it up.

What about the incredibly reasonable state income and local sales tax rates? How about the incredible anticipation and excitement over the eventual 9.0 earthquake? I mean, c'mon guys, it's not just the weather!

That's true. Prolly why I'm still here.

Thanks guys   Yes the wife is going too. Drummer is staying in L.A. so we'll have to find a drummer once we get there. We were friends but not much of a "band". He lives in orange county so we didnt' rehearse - just gigged and I would email demos. Tunes were usually learned on the gig lol. and weed??? I live in LA - can't throw a dead cat and not hit one of those places. You think it's a coincidence they are always next to either a donut or pizza place? I think the donut and pizza places are opening them all up

lived the 1st 30 years of my life in Indiana, so I'm good to go with the snow
Congrats on the move - hope it works out for you.

Where in Indiana, Bro?

I grew up in southern Indiana - Orleans, south of Bloomington a ways. Lived in Indy for about 12 years before I moved to L.A.

been living 12 years here in L.A. 1 year in Hollywood, 11 years in the Valley (Sherman Oaks) and it's time for a change. Headed to Four Corners area in Colorado. I've already located a nice vintage guitar shop and a coffe shop that has Heavy Metal bands on the weekends

Congrats Darren, been here in CO 10 years, nice place.... Drop me a line if you make it up to the Boulder area, or if you want to come by the shop and play some guitars (Wildwood in Louisville)

yeah, will do!
