As I understand it (and I'm at least as much an expert as all u assholes) he can't be compelled to answer to ANYONE not even Congress EXCEPT in the rare case that he has a pardon! Which is a bit counterintuitive. The idea being I guess that if self incrimination is off the table then withholding information is obstruction(?) in an investigation. It's not at all clear,, and depends whether there are new crimes alleged (where the pardon would no longer apply).

It's kinda funny that both sides of this "debate" believe the Constitution has been used as toilet paper in modern times. Yet neither agree who's shit is on it! Seems by design....
