Creeping Death got me playing guitar. The Conjuring is still my favorite Megadeth song (and Peace Sells is the best bass riff), and Zero is right up there.

For my money.......the pre-verse riff of "Master of Puppets" is my all time favorite. I spent SOOOO much time learning and practicing that riff with just down picking. It really propelled my hand dexterity and sense of rhythm when I was starting out on guitar.
