Find a new schtick as well, dipshit. We all know what you THINK you're doing. You're just too stupid to be witty.

Supposedly there are no people that want to work in the trades. Lack of people and lack of people with motivation. I'd love to get into plumbing and quit my IT job. But they make it next to impossible to get into the trade, so fuck them. I hope they all suffer. I've been doing plumbing for 30 years, besides boiler and HVAC work. But nobody is willing to train. I worked for my best friend for 2 years doing plumbing also. Loved it. He fired me though. He's out of his mind. I didn't have the pvc pipe lettering lining up between joints. Stuff like that. The guy can only work with himself. But yeah. Job market is booming.

I get tons of calls for sysadmin work. All fucking dirty slimy Indian assholes that pimp out out and take 20% of your pay. Fucking hate those dirty fucking Sand *******
I'm still trying to jive the OP with all the help wanted ads and commercials I've seen. Something doesn't add up.

They're called zombie job postings or ghost ads.

"Zombie job postings are open roles listed on job boards that are inactive, frozen, or for which companies have no immediate intention to hire, often lingering for months. These "ghost" listings are used to build talent pools, create an appearance of growth, or are simply forgotten, frustrating applicants and creating a false sense of hope."
