I've nearly slipped (hardwood stairs) a few times, carrying my son so its a scary thought!

First, great to hear the little one is ok. Second, glad to hear you'll be fine with time.
When my wife was a little girl, 3 years old, her older sister, 5 years old, pushed her out of a second story window. As she was falling, her sister yelled after her..."flap your wings and fly!" I guess little ones are pretty flexible and durable 'cause she only got very minor bumps and scraps...wow!
A year later, they were both in one of those very small plastic pools set up on a concrete patio. Her older sister talked her into bending over and touching her toes. In that position, the older sister reached in between her legs, grabbed her wrist and tried to pull her arms through so that she could do a forward flip. Instead, she went face first into the bottom of the pool and busted out her front teeth...ouch!...'not so lucky that time.

good god mang, that sounds horrible.
I'm glad you and your daughter are OK
I cracked a rib a few months back, hurt like a bitch for about 6 weeks, doctor gave me darvocet and some anti-inflamitory(sp?) but said there was nothing else that could be done. take care, I feel for you.
