Been on vaca, haven't played for about a 1.5 weeks.
Decided it's time to whittle down the collection. So, comparing amps and guitars, deciding what goes up for sell.
Problem is, all my stuff is:
Here's a clip of a Fender CS Tele with 1-piece chambered mahogany body, roasted flame maple neck, ss jumbo frets and P90s compared to a 2010 Gibson Silverburst SG, ebony fretboard and Motor City Detroiter bridge humbucker:
The Tele is hard to beat for pretty cleans, twangy and jazzy stuff, and rox pretty hard! It's a dream to play, looks and sounds beautiful. Still, thinking about putting it on the chopping block.
The SG (and my other Gibbys) is going nowhere.
