Geezus. He looks more relaxed than Pablo himself playing the Racer X tune. I kick myself daily for not wood shedding a lot more when I was a kid. Don't believe that I have the talent in me to ever have been able to play like that though.
One thing that I will say that shows my age a bit is that I can listen to that kind of music for hours on end and get lost in the melody. Sure, it is largely classical based but there is a melody! I just can't listen to the math rock shredding or whatever in the hell else it is called these days. Most of it has no (or bad) melody to my ears.
I am not a boomer but I land firmly in the Gen X camp of being born between 1965 and 1979. For whatever that is worth.
