I've got a question for anyone who may know! I put my Mesa/Boogie Mark III green stripe short head up for sale on craigslist. It's got a custom headshell from Boogie in Hot White Bronco that I had made for it. I got an original 1972 Fender Tele Thinline offered up for the head. Does anyone know anything about these? From my research I found out they're not as collectable as earlier Thinlines, but I'm not sure the value. The only issue from the looks of it is someone routed out for a battery box for a piezo bridge that has been removed and the original bridge has been installed. The guy offering it up has plugged it, but it hasn't been touched up with the finish, so I could either get that done, or do it myself. I've built a couple guitars and definitely know my way around one, matching the sunburst might get a little tricky though. Anyone know if this would be worth it? I don't need the money, just was looking to downsize and I don't need the Boogie with all the other amps I've got, the custom headshell made it special to me though, but I could always get another at a later date if that's what I really wanted. Sorry for the long post, just looking for some advice!

Here's some pics:

And the battery box rout that has been filled but not finished:

I'm leaning towards making the trade, but don't want to do that and find out it's worth nothing and ended up just trading down even if the guitar looks really cool... Any help is appreciated!
