Is that wood actual texture, like on the Machete's or is that transparent grain in the wood? Painting over the actual texture must have been too much difficult.

It is textured like the Machete. Some of that is grain as well. The first pic I bought the canvas from her, so it is based off of that. My next one is the "I've been Waiting". We will be doing a limited series with Trisha. Details during NAMM week. We have a few other special things lined up as well.

very cool. love seeing different stuff. I played one of his at the amp show last october. Its hard to find a guitar that just rocks right off the rack like that. it was set up perfectly.

Body is Alder. And definitely a P90 in the neck. Probably a MC Detroiter in the bridge to go with the P90, but after we test it out that could change. A quick pick with a neck (mine will be a 22) and aged gold bridge.

I must say I have been absent in my duties of making James feel welcomed....to say its been a mad house here the last few months with all the kids, christmas, a new puppy....lots going on....LOL I have been TOTALLY remiss in getting over to Casa de Lugo. Heck, my neighbor, the handyman/electrician has been there a LOT more than I have!! LOLOL
