Feels like it anyway.

It’s been quite a while since doing anything new but it’s feeling like I’m inspired again (fooled myself before...)

This project is my daughters (she’s been playing bass for somewhere over a year now). She wants to do instrumentals of tunes from her favorite bands and the first is a tune named Mama from a band called My Chemical Romance.

Here’s the Spotify link. If you don’t use Spotify it’s on iTunes, Apple Music and a bunch of other streaming services.

Would certainly appreciate feedback on whatever; The mix, guit tone, the tune, if you hate MCR or whatever comes to mind.

Only listed on shitty laptop speakers, but that's pretty badass! Nice Job sir

Im not into that band but the playing , recording and mix sounds really good. Its a great feeling when your son or daughter takes an interest in being a musician. My son who is 30 started playing drums in his late teens (Played snare in his high school marching band) I play guitar and never pushed it on him. Basically let him follow his own path. I always tried to give him what I thought was good influences. Basically all the bands I was into in the 80s. HAHA!! Turned him on to Dream Theater and his favorite drummer tuned out to be Mike Portnoy. In my opinion there is no better feeling than jamming music with my son. He moved out of state 6 years ago and I really miss those days. Anyway sorry for the ramble. As for your daughter tell her to keep rocking and keep up the good work.

Thanks man and that’s not a ramble at all, it’s awesome to hear about it because I’m just now getting to experience that bond. And Portnoy... amazing drummer. It wasn’t with Portnoy obviously but just saw Dream Theater last week.
