I got to say I’m loving this guitar. I’ve missed my Regius so it has been nice to have another mayones. The current turnaround time is about 18 months according to my dealer so I’m already putting down a deposit on a Regius.
I’ve already put a deposit on another custom due in October plus 2 other amps due in May and June. So I’m extremely hesitant on having 4 orders out at once but honestly whatever you get quoted on a Mayones add 2 to 6 months to it.
Anyway I’m really enjoying this guitar and would love to get a second one in gloss and I rarely if ever get two of the exact model guitars. But the neck is much thicker than my aviator but it’s comfortable. I always go with the TKO pickups with Mayones and they are solid pickups. Well balanced and juicy for lack of a better term. They are basically a baseline pickup for me with Tonenerd being my pickup of choice for new builds where possible. As much as I love my aviator the bkp warpig doesn’t always suit my needs.
At any rate I’m pretty much done with orders for this year. I still need to replace my Monomyth and still need a V but those will likely be next year.
