that's the problem today. spoiled rotten kids with liberal over protecting parents
a little hard work never hurt any one. especially at that age

I used to clean dishes in Beefsteak Charlies' after school and on weekends.
15 yrs old doing 12 hour weekend shifts and didn't get home until after 2am

rode home on my bike, all by myself

I was still up by 7 and fully alert to help dad run around fixing shit. then right back to work at 2pm

AND a recent report that 40% of children under 12 are obese. Obviously they never baled hay, shoveled cow shit, dug holes for trees, split firewood, loaded & unloaded trucks (like Dan)....etc.
They put down their GameBoy long enough to scarf down the cheeseburgers or pizza mom brought home with her comment "hate to interrupt honey, but here's your dinner".

Wrong again... still plenty of Hispanics, Latins, South Americans, Central Americans still in Florida.
 
Of course Dan would oppose any bill that would prevent the government from allowing parents to teach their kids about capitalism, money matters or trying to do something for themselves instead of relying on the government tit.
