Floyd Nut Shim material?

I may need to raise a Floyd nut....high E sitars at little bit. What material would work well?

They sell Floyd nut shims at Stew Mac. That is what I plan to use if needed on my new build.

Beer can!!! Yes!!! But, which beer soaked aluminum works better for tone? I better bring this question to "The Gear Page"....they'll know.

Seriously, though...good idea. I was already thinking aluminum foil.
