You're kind of exaggerating though. The supervisor supplies the tainted ingredients or he/she simply lies about certain ingredients being necessary in the vaccine. It's all need-to-know basis, and they are all NDA'ed as a matter of employment.

They all demonstrate that humans are hackable. That's the point. You'd be naive to think that some people wouldn't take advantage of that.

It kinda is. People are saying workers would knowingly harm billions of people and not tell anyone they did it because of an NDA.

The experiment posted said that people will do things they know are bad because someone of “authority” says it’s ok, hence the floor supervisor comment.

When you try and hide it under the umbrella of some worldwide evil corporation coverup things like can certainly seem conceivable, but if you look at the day to day things that have to be done by day to day people for this whole thing to happen it’s pretty absurd

Again, the atom bomb. Thousands of day to day people involved in the manhattan project. Almost no one knew the end goal of their work.

I feel you just don't want to believe the worst because you'd have to admit being duped in that situation.

I think the nuance is crucial actually. I would agree that most people would not go along with how you presented it.

It’s not all that comparable though. A single bomb can have different components built by different people all over the country. The closer to fruition the less people there are in the know.

That isn’t how medicine is made. There isn’t a different lab for every different substance added.
And if there was it would be the biggest red flag of them all right down to the lunch ladies and janitors

I was married to a woman for 10 years that formulated medication.(pharmaceuticals)

Did I work there? No.
was I the DD for her and all her work friends 3 nights a week when they went out to drink and recap every single thing they did all day at work? Yes. I knew the code names, I knew the hamster ovary deliver schedules. I knew it all and so did everyone within earshot at bars. It’s part of why I left her, it was annoying.
I highly doubt they were unique.

I also spent a few years as a facility manager for a building that manufactured medicine. I knew all the ins and outs. I saw the sausage being made as it were.
