Ha ha! Just think...only a little longer and you'll see the real thing in front of you.

I hope so!

I got a new guitar today! would love to take it to test the Meathead out!

When is this thing due?

I`m waiting on mine also, can`t wait for this beast.

Mine is gonna be a bit different than these green machines, more hellish in looks!!!!!!!

not sure when it's due now, been pushed back a few times, as mike has a shitload on his plate! So I'll just sit patiently and wait! I was hoping to have it for my bands first gig in february but I'll just borrow something from work for that!

anyhow Mike is a busy busy Dude, so you tirekickers stop sendin him emails! :gethim: :gethim:

that is just from me not form Mike hahahaha!

Mike needs respect shown towards him because of his work ethic and the amount of time this eats up that he can't give his family! not that he didn't choose this but, it's just something I thought I would say! Mike is the shit! and I'm really looking forward to playing and owning his amps!

+ 1 Blazillion

After playing the prototype Meathad when I picked up my Cali from Mike, I am now a believer that multi-channel amps can sound as good as simple circuit type 'one channel amps'...when they are done right.

Fortin is doing it right. The first batch of production amps may have some hiccups that cause production to be a bit slower than hoped for, but you know the end result is just gonna kill!!

Hang in there boys, I'm sure you're going to be blown away when you get it

I'm confident Mike wouldn't let any amps out the door with any hiccups. Any issues may have occurred with the prototypes, but customer's amps are problem free. I'm sure you meant this, just thought I'd clarify.

That's what I meant but thanks for clarifying. :)

Only hiccups I meant are supplier related etc. You know, the kinds of things that are out of his hands but slow things down; things coming the wrong size etc. Re-ordering and then waiting. Mike's a big perfectionist. The only things going out Mike’s door are pain tested and approved  No doubt!

Well it`s not like i don`t have any amps at the moment so i`m good but this thing is gonna be my end all amp, no switching amps for down tuned sludge metal or some nice overdriven bluesy tones. Try that with a Cobra!!!!

My Peters Gryphon is really doing it for me at this period in time, it can do the metal to OD to clean no prob, but i gotta adjust a couple settings by hand, hence why this Meathead is coming along.

Here`s a shot of my latest W/D/W setup, it just kills:

Hey Chris,

Do you normally have your half stack sit on top of a stool like that? Holy crap, I hope that is only for the picture.

Hey Chris,

Well it`s only till i make myself some kind of wooden box to have it sit on it. Cause when there on the ground, the effect of the W/D/W are less apparent. Im` using 2 4X12`s for my dry sound so it projects quite hard :D

It`s quite stable though.

Thanks for the concern ;)
