That clip sounded cool as hell!

That said, the tone in the clip doesn't sound conducive to cutting through a live mix...have you tried it out in that setting yet?

That tone seems like it has plenty of upper end grind and push to easily cut through to me. I don't find it Recto/Uber scooped like at all.

I was thinkin the same thing! Sounds like it would cut like glass in a mix!

I have has some SERIOUS problems with my other amps cutting in my band setting and this has NO problem, I in fact ran it at lower volumes than I typically ran my Uber or my Herbert and this thing cuts like you would NOT believe, the clip that was recorded does not show what this amp does in my opinion, Mike installed a pre tone stack set of controls called "Girth" and "Grind" and those two controls allow you to tailor the signal coming fromt he guitar to add thier respective settings the girth is for the low end and the grind is for the top end, this amp cuts better than any amp I've used before and in fact it cuts better than it did in it's original state!

This amp currently has 2 6650's and 2 el34's in teh future I might have 2 more 6550's in the place of the el34's but right now this thing is absolutly PERFECT! It showcases the guitars I use perfectly!
