Here is my new amp I am calling the Violent Cali ++. This is no mod, it is a complete rebuild. Mike continues to do original new things even in his amp rebuilds and this amp really shows that off. 
It is a true one-off as there are things on this amp that have never been done on any Cali before. I wanted a very modern take on it and that is what I got in spades. This amp has a sweepable midrange, 2 master volumes, extra tube gain stage (Violence)
, full clean channel, sweepable depth control, and sweepable presence control. The extra tube gain stage is footswitchable, as is the 2nd master volume, fx loop, and clean channel.
The sad thing is, even though the amp is done, I leave for a 2 month European tour on Thursday and won't see this amp until get home after Thanksgiving.
Gonna be an agonizing two months! 
Front panel: input, feel control, gain 1 and 2 each with 3 way bright switch, mid sweep with range switch, 3 band EQ, master 1 pull for channel select and master 2.
Back panel: tube fx loop with send jack and serial and parallel return jacks, Clean channel gain, treble, mid, bass then it is the extra gain stage (Violence!) pull pot to engage, 3 way saturation switch, overall bias control and meter monitor for 1 tube only. Next up is the expanded power amp controls: Presences, lower knob is glass control, next upper is the Depth control, lower control is the Depth freq sweepable from ultra low, mid to lower mid. Speaker jacks with new Marshall impedance selector, 4 control jacks for external switching: channel, master 2, extra gain stage, and fx loop bypass.
