Found an old 12ax7, can anyone help me with this?

Wondering if its a good one or not and/or what the value of it is. Was in an old PA amp I had laying around that uses 6ca7's and some other weird tubes.

It's a Jap tube, in the 70's i believe Mullard UK moved/sold tube making machines to japan, thus there were alot of Japanese made Mullard & orange globe Amperex. I'm not sure which one exactly you have, but i have an jap made Amperex and it's a pretty good tube, but doesn't sound as crisp as my made in Holland ones.
