ALL ballots need to be serialized and water marked including mail in ballots. This way any discrepancies can be traced and cleared up. If you are against this you are against freedom.

If there is a way, and necessity to make it better, I'm all in. However if it's working fine, and the only problem is people crying over election results they don't like then why waste the money/effort?
