idk..I mean its been 2 days 
It might take a few days to get through the orders and have it mailed. Maybe they build them to order? That is one problem I have had with small builders. Can't say as I have never dealt with them but I imagine if any issues you can get a refund.

I know it's only been 2 days I would have been thrilled just to have a follow up email just a status update as the website said the pedal is in stock... I know I am being impatient , but just never dealt with them before.

i have the FoxRox Aqua Vibe, their Univibe clone. it's well built and has useful, well thought out features, like a Center knob to move the freq center of the sweep. it doesn't sound quite as lush to me as my Mojo Vibe, but it's cool.
i bought it used, so i can't speak to their customer service. i agree with you tho; no reply even after only two days is lame customer service. they're probably just sloppy or distracted.

I like how it has it's own thing going on and even though I love the MXR EVH that has the classic sound the Mr. Black is on a very different sonic wave length from what I hear... Now I want one!
I have been on a quest for the Ultimate flanger lately and it's tons cheaper than buying and selling amps

The tzf 2 is an awesome pedal. I bought it from him when they first came out and had no issues in the transaction. It sounds great with gain and clean. It won't be as pronounced in front of gain, so just make sure to run the gain into it if you want the effect to be more pronounced.

I have their Octron3 octave pedal... best octave I ever messed with, bought mine thru amazon and got it pretty quick.

I just got a used first edition Octron & its a fantastic pedal. Tracks very well & can make playing simple nursery rhymes sound evil as hell.

The Octron arrived today and I have to say this is the most incredible Octave pedal I have ever come across and certainly leaves all others in it's wake! The tracking with single note lines is without a doubt spectacular !
