So I have been running my Framus Cobra with a rocktron intellifex lately...sounds great.
However, I am having a hard time figuring out how to adjust my levels accordingly in order to achieve "unity gain".
For those that do not know...(from google
)...unity gain is a steady state signal with no increase or decrease in strength at the output of an amplifier or device compared to the signal strength at the input.
Basically, I can not get my volume levels dialed in correctly so there is no loss of signal or volume loss issues.
Where do I begin to achieve unity gain in the cobra? There is the FX Mix knob, the master volumes, as well as the Input and Output controls on the intellifex to consider and I have no idea where to set any of them...
I guess the mix knob should be set to 100% or all wet since it is a parallel loop...
can someone else point me in the right direction?
