It's sad may he rest in peace and the older we get the more and more we see passing away. It's part of life but it is very sad.

Huge bummer , got to see him many times in the Scorpions and the few times I saw the band without him. It was not quite the same. He was a big presence in that band. His bass is grooving pretty good here.

That Dortmund 83 is really cool show and technically it was still the blackout era even though the more commercial love at first sting was right around the corner in 84. Scorpions in 82 still remains one of my favorite concerts of all time. They absolutely tore the Oakland Coliseum apart with energy

Know this has been posted before, but this is just a great vid that I rewatched after hearing of his passing. May he rest in peace...

Seeing Francis Buchholz and Herman Rarebell interacting in this environment, along with Michael, really takes everything but music itself out of the equation and, IMO, shows how much talent they all have.
