I went the other direction. Owned 3 Wizards (VC, MC & MC II) starting in the mid 90's and eventually settled on the Friedman's. The BE100 Deluxe is my all time favorite of the Friedman's and one of my all time favorite amps of all time. Someone will love this amp! GLWS
