I prefer the Be version, a little Eq variance and theyd probably sound the same for that tone.

The JJ seems to have a bit tighter bottom end and the mids sounds a bit more....I don't know if aggressive is the right word? Both sound great. Thanks Alex!

Yeah, both sound great. On first listen I preferred the BE (possibly because I just don't 'get' AIC so was pre-biased) but second time around I'm digging the JJ a tad more..

Yeah I get that........JJ's BE mode sounds like a much fuller/thicker version of the BE100's BE mode. Especially in your updated clip.

The JJ seems to be slightly louder in the mix, which could account for the perceived difference in tone. Both sound great!

I liked the BE better but both slayed. They sounded a lot alike on the whole. If I owned both amps I'd probably sell one of them.
