I think he was referring to the first 2 minutes and 25 seconds, not necessarily the actual 2:25 mark.

Ya, it's a work in progress. But you see, this is much like a commodities market the whole "going topless" thing.

The more precious the, um, "resources", the less likely they'll have heightened or increased "public accessibility". Know what I'm sayin'? So granted, you may luck out with the infrequent knock-out babe walking down main street offering her robust and salivatingly dandy mams for your viewing pleasure, it'll more than likely be a bunch of middle aged women libbers with tits that look like old gym socks, lesbians, and hairy arm-pitted, granola eating, patchouli soaked poli-sci uni students with androgynous hair-doos and catholic fem moustaches with breasts like that of an asian male teenager.

If it seems like too good an idea, it usually is.

Being topless is legal in Austin, TX wherever men are allowed to be topless, which means private businesses can tell you to cover up if they tell men to cover up too but in public? Free game
