From which year is my Herbert?

Bought my Herbert form Promusictools in Munich. Serial number is 001-1368, which year would that be?

So how does one derive the date from the serial number? My serial number APPEARS to start with 007- so I'm somewhat lost...

the Herbert serial numbers start with 001.
