What year was this UL made - model is G100UL and serial is:

ULD940049


I also have a SigX with the model G100SX and the serial:
SXD080122

Ul is 49th one made in 94
Sig is 122nd one made in 08

That's how I understand their system.
 
You nailed it. Fryette got back to me quite speedily and confirmed. Just couldn’t find any “decoders” online anywhere. Thanks!

There was an explanation on the old fryette user's forum, and lots of useful info. Too bad the admins let it die.

I had a hell of a time trying to join there and then when I finally got in it was like a ghost town
